INDIVIDUAL SPORTS ARE BETTER THAN TEAM SPORTS:

Doing sport, like football, athletics or swimming, is a good way to be healthy but when people want to do it, they always doubt, because they don’t know if individual sports are really better than team sports or the other way round.

On the one hand, if you do exercise alone or individually, it can be boring for you and you can be more exhausted and those are the reasons why sometimes, you don’t want to do sport. However, if you are doing sport alone, you can improve your efficiency in that sport and you
will realize it more than if you are playing sports in group.

On the other hand, some disadvantages of team sports, are that in team sports can be there more rivalry and pressure and the coach usually pay less attention to you so that you will improve less than if you were practicing individual sport, but in team sports, you will have fun and enjoy a lot, making friends and interacting with other people. 

In conclusion, doing sport is always healthy it doesn’t matter if you practice it alone or with other people but if you really want to improve, it is better you practice it alone and regularly.
